Clandestine Finance System Helped Iran Withstand Sanctions Crush, Documents Show Ian Talley, WSJ, Mar. 18, 2022 — Iran established a clandestine banking and finance system to handle tens of billions of dollars in annual trade banned under U.S.-led sanctions, enabling Tehran to endure the economic siege and giving it leverage in multilateral nuclear talks, according to Western diplomats, intelligence officials and documents.

Israel Chastises US: Delisting IRGC as Terror Group ‘Insult to Victims’:  Atara Beck, WIN, Mar. 18, 2022 Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid issued a statement Friday morning in response to reports that the Biden administration is considering removing the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) from the State Department’s list of terrorist organizations.
